## *Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement*

To raise *any complaint related to damaged, missing, leaked, or incorrect products, an **unboxing video is compulsory*.

The video must:

* Be recorded *before opening the package*
* Clearly show the *sealed parcel, shipping label, and opening process*
* Be *continuous and unedited*

❌ *No unboxing video = No return or refund claim will be accepted.*

## *How to Raise a Complaint*

You must email us at *[your email address]* within *24 hours of delivery* with:

* Order ID
* Clear description of the issue
* Unboxing video (mandatory)
* Photos (if required)

## *Eligible for Return / Refund*

* Product damaged during transit
* Incorrect product received
* Missing item in the order

## *Not Eligible for Return / Refund*

* Opened or used perfumes
* Fragrance not liked / change of mind
* Minor packaging damage without leakage
* Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery
* Orders without unboxing video

## *Refund Process*

* Approved refunds will be processed within *7–10 business days*
* Refunds will be issued to the *original payment method*
* *Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable*

* COD is available on selected pin codes
